My Superbase V and Satellite battery were delivered yesterday. The process was quick and easy. I have a garage so unpacking and getting both units inside my home was quick. The units were bigger than I expected and heavy (as expected). You may need help getting them unpacked and stacked properly. 💪🏾 The packing boxes were a little beat up, but thick cushioning around both units was more than enough.
After getting them inside and powered up, I connected them to the Zendure and updated the firmware. So far so good. My only issue at the moment is getting the Satellite battery to charge. Not sure what’s up with that, but I sent an email to customer service.
Side note, I received the SBV cover today. 🥳
