If your account service is in mainland China, then we will respond to your needs within 15 working days; If your account service scope is outside of mainland China, then we will respond to your needs within 30 natural days. To ensure safety, you may need to provide a written request. If we have a reasonable basis to believe that these requests are deceptive, unfulfillable or harm the privacy of others, we will refuse to process the request. But in any event we will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe and provide you an explanation.

When required by applicable laws, when Zendure processes your personal information based on your consent, you also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

However, the withdrawal of consent will not affect the legality and effectiveness of our processing of your personal information based on your consent before the withdrawal, nor will it affect our processing of your personal information based on other appropriate legitimate foundations.
