In the event of reorganization, merger, sale, joint venture, transfer, or other disposal of all or part of our business and assets, disclose your personal data to affiliated companies or other third parties. If your account service is in mainland China, then we will respond to your needs within 15 working days; If your account service scope is outside of mainland China, then we will respond to your needs within 30 natural days. To ensure safety, you may need to provide a written request. If we have a reasonable basis to believe that these requests are deceptive, unfulfillable or harm the privacy of others, we will refuse to process the request. But in any event we will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe and provide you an explanation.

When required by applicable laws, when Zendure processes your personal information based on your consent, you also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

However, the withdrawal of consent will not affect the legality and effectiveness of our processing of your personal information based on your consent before the withdrawal, nor will it affect our processing of your personal information based on other appropriate legitimate foundations.

How Zendure protects and retains your personal information

Zendure values the security of personal information. We take commercially reasonable physical, management and technical safeguards to maintain the integrity and security of your personal information. Zendure provides a variety of security assurance strategies to effectively ensure the data security of users and devices. For example, in terms of device access, we use Zendure's private encryption protocol to protect data communication, access, and authorization applications. In terms of data communication, it supports the use of security algorithms and transmission encryption protocols as well as commercial-level information encryption transmission based on dynamic keys for communication. In terms of data processing, strict data filtering and verification as well as a complete data review process are adopted. In terms of data storage, all confidential user information will be securely encrypted for storage. How Zendure handles children's personal information

To ensure the safe operation of your battery energy storage system, our monitoring platform continuously evaluates system status, including temperature, voltage, current, and internal diagnostics.

In the event of any abnormal condition (such as overheating, internal short-circuit, or system fault), automated notifications may be sent to the email address or contact information provided during product registration or installation.

These notifications are strictly related to safety, risk prevention, or system maintenance, and are issued in accordance with:
